They did an initial inspection and offered to do a temporary fix while we went through the insurance company. They even sat down with me to call and file the claim. They walked me through every step of the process and I have not had to worry or think about it at all! My new roof looks beautiful and I know they upgraded my felt as well as shingles.     "I had my roof replaced by this company last summer. I noticed in January that the roof was coming up on the back side of my house. The salesman called me repeatedly looking for the second insurance check but would never send anyone to fix the roof. I have called their main office with the promise of someone calling me back but nothing. Not impressed at all!!"

Evan personally showed up at our house and explained in detail the process and timeline to replace our roof. The expected finish date was beat by a week with remarkable quality, not a single piece of trash was left and there was no damage to our yard. Hopefully I will not be needing a roof anytime soon, but if I do, Elite Roofing will be earning my business every time"

    "the guy came out to inspect my roof on my house and barn. Never returned my phone call for an estimate. I called three times to get the estimate. No response. GET ANOTHER CONTRACTOR. amazingly after leaving this review, i get a call from the initial contact wanting to smooth things over. SO MUCH FOR NOT HAVING A RECORD OF MY INSPECTION. that excuse in your response is WRONG or a LIE"

They protected our yard and cleaned up all of the loose nails and shingles from the area around the house. We felt comfortable working with them. The crews arrived on time and worked tirelessly to protect every thing around the house and pool before even climbing onto the roof. The crew was extremely friendly and there was always several individuals cleaning up around the house as the work progressed. At the end of each day all materials, tools and debri was cleaned up before the crew departed. The end result was an outstanding roof that was on budget.
