"Be careful if you’re receiving an estimate from Jake Jerles. I don’t think he knows what he’s doing and his lack of expertise is costing me more money than needed. My realtors had him come out to provide us an estimate on an active leak along with a general roof inspection. In his review (he didn’t even get on the roof until we asked him to) he concluded the roof was still in decent shape and only needed one repair. Once the crew was out completing the repair, the more diligent workers found additional rotten wood that they “found by placing the ladder in a specific area.” I’m extremely disappointed with my decision and hope this review helps others looking for a decent roofing professional. Make sure you’re getting a second opinion if you’re getting an estimate from this weary fellow."

"We had Elite Roofing replace an approximately 11,000 sq ft roof on one building and 3 smaller 1300 sq ft roofs. They did an excellent job! They kept to their quote and to their timeline. They cleaned up beautifully, I have only found 1 nail. I highly recommend Elite roofing. We will use them for our next project as we have already used them for at least 3 previous projects."

"Thomas Critcher and his crew did a wonderful job with my roof replacement in May 2020. They were absolutely the hardest working team I have ever seen! They showed up on the promised day at 7:20 a.m. after a long drive up to Boone and worked until dark at 9:00 pm! They completed the entire replacement in that one day, with only some final site cleanup to do first thing the following morning. I had contacted Elite when a winter storm blew off a couple of shingles. Mr. Critcher came by to give a quote, but he went beyond that, climbing up on the roof and replacing the shingles at no cost. Their quote came in, on time as promised, and it was lower than the one I got from a company that charged me to fix the same shingles a week earlier. My decision was an easy one. And the final execution of the job convinced me I had made the right choice."
