"We hired Chad Ruhoff of East Avenue to revamp a house from the early 1900s that needed lots of attention. Work touched all floors of the home, and included two bathrooms, a finished basement, mini-split/AC installation, new wiring, relocating appliances and a new roof, among other projects.
