"I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of consideration for people with disabilities like myself who need handicap spots for wheelchairs… it’s not okay to have your guys illegally parked in handicapped parking spaces.. especially when I was the one who needed it for my wheelchair and one of your guys took the last one right in front of me as I was trying to get in… that lack of respect speaks volumes about the kind of person he is… I wouldn’t want to do business with someone like that. *updated to include a reply to owner* It’s one thing if he was transporting a family member but no one was with him. We watched him zoom to pull in when we trying to pull in, no tag, no license plate. It was a very full parking lot that day. Lastly… I don’t think anyone would have deserved to get fired.. just a conversation. *update* I’ve included pictures and screenshots for you to understand the situation and legality of this situation. I’m not trying to get anyone to loose their job or anything like that. Just understand the problem and do better."
