"I manage a community in Draper UT who used Dynamic National to replace a clubhouse roof in 2022. It wasn't sealed properly, causing water damage to the whole structure. Time sensitive and they will not contact me back after 2 weeks of trying to get ahold of them every day. text, calls, emails, submit website form, placed on hold and transferred to wrong numbers or people who don't answer. Very iffy, wouldn't recommend!! Zero accountability."
"My name is Sonya Schiffman I live at Granite Village Condos here in Orem UT. I am the HOA Board President. We are a small (3 buildings/24 units), condo community and the bid you came in with was the closest to what we had saved to do this project for our small community. We have been saving for 3 years. We had our Property Management company (Desert Edge) work with your representative Bridger, here in Utah to begin with. Joe Csecs, out of your Denver office, came by early in the week and I happened to be outside, and he introduced himself and explained to me how and when the project was going to begin. The project started on the Wednesday as Joe said it would. The suppliers that brought the shingles came a day earlier. Joe explained to me there would be several crews working on the first two buildings and introduced me to Fernando the foreman on this job. I was so glad Joe had told me what to expect so I could let the residents know where not to park so we could be out of the way of the equipment the roofers were using. Joe would come and let me know what was happening throughout the job and if I ever had questions, he was more than willing to answer them for me. Joe Csecs was very friendly and professional. He would come and ask me if I knew whose car may have been in the way and let me know what was being replaced as far as wood that was rotted out. When I looked at the South building’s roof once it was all done, I saw a dip in one part of the roof and asked Joe to come take a look. Joe got up on the roof and took some pictures and talked with the foreman and worked to get that small problem fixed. I was never made to feel I was asking dumb questions and felt Joe was there to make sure I was happy with the way the crews were working to replace our roofs. Joe took lots of pictures of each building after each roof was completed and sent them to me. I was extremely glad he did that; it gave us as the HOA to show our owners what work had been completed. Joe was so personable, kind, honest in all he did while here on the job site. I was incredibly happy to work with him and with Dynamic National Roofing. The job was completed on the date they told me it would be done, they were hard working while here on site, they cleaned up very well all the extras that came from doing a roof. I was impressed how well everyone seemed to work together to make us the customer happy. Thanks for doing such a great job. If someone asks me, do I know a good roofing company I will tell them about Dynamic National Roofing. They have great pricing, hard workers, professional communication with me the customer and delivered great results."
