"I had Dreamworx come out to look at my roof. Mike did an excellent job from start to finish. They did everything they said they would do and was on time. They did a great install. Made things easy to understand and I was well informed about everything. They whole team was nice and friendly! They were not pushy and the price was very fair. I had a small shed on the property and was not meant to be done and they ended up doing it for me without charge. They are all very professional! "I would recommend this company. Everything about it was just what my husband and I wanted. The meeting with the original guy Mike was just perfect. He understood our preferences and did not push us to sign anything right away or push us to go for a shingle we didn't want to get. He also worked hard to make sure our deadline was met because we have a newborn coming soon. The communication was smooth and easy. The roofers came out 7 am and we're done by 3 pm! I was super impressed by how nice everyone was and how efficient they were. They cleaned up very nicely and communicated all issues with me as the day went by. The cost was perfect for us and reasonable. Now everytime we drive home we admire how gorgeous the roof is and how nice it looks! We went with Owen corning and cannot be more pleased by this choice. "As a business owner of a Bath Company myself picking another company to do improvements on my home is always a task because they're so many companies that just don't meet my expectations. With Dreamworx Roofing that wasn't the case. They were Extremely Professional throughout the whole process. "Incredible service. Shingles blew off the ridge line in a wind storm. I was concerned about rain getting into the house through the roof vent, and Dreamworx was able to schedule an estimate quickly. On the day of the estimate, we had a significant downpour and I was concerned the visit would be rescheduled. Moses arrived right on time, inspected the damage, and placed a temporary plastic sheet over the vent line. Moses also checked the rest of the roof to make sure there wasn't damage elsewhere, even though he was drenched by the time he was done. Amazing service. Clearly explained the next steps and you could tell he was very knowledgeable about roofing."

"I called several different vendors to find the leak in our roof and get estimates. Two just looked in the attic and said yep, here is your leak and sent me a ridiculous quote for half the roof. Another vendor just did a satellite estimate. But Moses from Dreamworx was professional from the very first phone call. He took his time to explain everything to me. Not only did he just tell me what the issue was, he showed me by taking a video on the roof to show/explain everything thoroughly! Decided to have the entire roof & gutters replaced because of the age and leak. Moses walked through every single step of the way. Matt was the project supervisor and was in constant contact the entire day of the install. The crew showed up even 15 minutes before expectation and jumped right in with smiles. They addressed any of my questions and if they couldn't find it, they got the person who could. Matt made sure all was done correctly even after the project was complete and he was out of town! I did have a concern about the gutter install and Moses came out the next day and once again made a video to show/explain everything for the entire install (not just my gutter question). I can not recommend these folks enough! Professional and courtesy to the highest degree. Recommending to anyone who needs a roof. PLUS the warranty is hard to match by anyone else I contacted for estimates. If you want solid work and the chops to back it up for a lifetime, go for Dreamworx!"

"I was very impressed on how fast Stephen responded back to me when we had a number of shingles blown off our house from heavy winds several days ago. Stephen and Charles came over to evaluate the damage and check out the entire roof. In the end, all that needed to be done was the replacement of the blown off tiles... "Dreamworx Exteriors are professionals who understand what customer service should be. We called about a roof leak and Steve came out quickly to do an inspection. He inspected the entire roof and discovered a couple of other spots that also needed to be fixed before they became a problem. The cost estimate for all repairs was fair, and they worked to get us an early slot in their schedule. When weather was clearly not going to cooperate that day, they reached out to schedule another day that was convenient for us. On the day of the repair, the crew was on-time, worked quickly, and completely cleaned up the work area when they were done. The repair cost ended up being lower than the estimate and Dreamworx reduced our final bill before sending us the invoice. Steve and Moses not only made sure all of the work was done properly, answered all of our questions, and followed up afterwards to ensure we were satisfied with the service, but they were also very friendly, polite and professional at all times."

"We used DreamWorx Exterior for a roof replacement this fall. From the beginning Corey the sales rep was professional. He answered all of our questions. They provided a sales folder with all the product info, insurance, warranty and references. Other companies would not provide references. When providing the quote they were timely and listed all the materials. I would note that they were the 3rd highest quote out of the 4 we received. When selecting the shingle color we initially selected premier color that had an additional cost. They were wiling to waive the additional cost because they didn't inform us ahead of time. On the day of the work the installation team showed up on time and completed the work on time. They took adequate steps to protect the property and cleaned up all the debris afterward. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a roof."
