"You just can't go wrong with Dreamroofs. They tackled a very difficult tear off, installed OSB, and architectural shingles. Richard and Ryan are extremely hard workers who stuck with it to the very end. Their work is meticulous and clean. Even the attic was left spotless. I have had several positive comments from those in the neighborhood who watched their progress. They do install a high definition ridge on all their roofs without upselling you as an add on. The entire process was a pleasant experience and we could not be happier. All of this and they were the low bid too. Thank you Richard, Ryan, and Maia. We will see you on the next one."
"All we needed was an inspection. Pretty simple yes? Not if you are Dream Roofs! A day late on actually getting to my house with an excuse of a broken truck that I believed at first but now I am sure I was being lied to. A week later, no report, no contact, nothing. I called their office many times and the office girl, Mya, seems very nice but is apparently unable to operate a phone or listen to voice messages. This was the easiest task that could be asked of them and they failed miserably on all fronts. I am now positive that any review above 2 stars, was bought. If this company cannot handle something so simple as a call back, I am certain any actual roof job they do will also fail miserably. Good luck to anyone that chooses the Nightmare Roof company."
