"Great experience with this company. Their quote was very fair and while there were a couple points on the quote that I missed when I signed, the foreman Martin was great coming back to do additional work added to the quote. Kevin came by too to make sure I was 100% satisfied, going the extra mile to adjust an existing downspout that wasn't part of the quote to ensure my beautiful new roof was just a bit more protected. Neighbor also commented on the roof being really well done and the site being very clean. Thank you Done Right Roofing!"

"I am extremely impressed. From start to finish, this company really did an exceptional job. The guys were done in 5 hours. The roof looks amazing. I was nervous when i didn't see tarps laid out but they had a guy walking the perimeter cleaning up throughout the install so no mess was left behind. They have an experienced crew, so they worked super fast.. but definitely not sloppy work! Ive seen other companies finished work and you could see the nailheads shining through... this company was bang on (pun intended) it was definitely done right! They clean up the perimeter to pick up all nails with a giant magnet before they leave. Even the guy picking up the bin the following day completed another clean up and used the magnet on the driveway. The quote was very thorough so I'm not anticipating any extras, but i haven't received the invoice yet."

"They sold us in a lifetime warranty 3 piece system, that they did not actually use. They left old pieces of my roof system they were suppose to replace. Aluminum work they did starting falling off and they wouldn’t come back Eaves never finished. Wont return calls."

"We had discovered our roof began leaking this past Fall. Naturally we needed the installation to happen quickly but had various quotes from various companies. We found Done-Right to be exceptionally quick and professional with their quote and follow up. We hired them on a Monday and they scheduled us in the same week and finished by Friday (2 day job because of high winds that day). The installation crew were excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable. They installed literally a day before we got our first snow and my wife and I were quite thankful for the quick turn around and installation. Solid company and every one I dealt with were excellent."

"We called because the roof was leaking but were terrified we were going to need a whole new roof. They showed up when we were only expecting an aerial view inspection and found the issue was our vent not the shingles. The project was pushed as priority and completed as soon as we gave the okay. Invoice came and it wasn't a penny more than quoted. They replaced quite a few shingles under warranty without hassle as well. It's refreshing to not feel taken advantage of. We have had some severe storms since and no leaks. Thank you Done-Right!"
