    "Mike Garrison and DGM Roofing recently replaced our roof after storms hit in May and we found water damage to some interior walls. From the very start of the process they went above and beyond what I thought were the capabilities of a roofing contractor. For starters, Mike handled the initial communication with the insurance company and started the claims process for us. After a very half-hearted initial inspection by the insurance company's third-party inspector resulted in a denial of the claim, Mike and his head of outside operations, Walter Martinez, persisted with the main adjuster and submitted enough photographic evidence that they came back out and did a more thorough inspection and found quite a bit of damage. Mike and Walter were so thorough that the primary adjuster for the insurance company apologized profusely for the half-hearted attempt by the third-party inspection company, and due to their efforts the claim was approved. Shortly thereafter we scheduled services for both the roof and gutter replacements and interior renovations, and DGM was there on the day and at the time they promised us and completed the work on time and in budget. Unless you've been through the process before, I can't begin to tell you how much stress there is involved in dealing with a leaky roof and also trying to convince the insurance company to honor the policy you're paying for in case of such an event, and before the situation and damage gets worse. Mike and Walter were there every step of the way and were responsive to every single one of our texts and calls, and took away that stress. They were patient with our questions and detailed in their responses. They're one of the few construction companies I've been around that truly understands that they're in a service industry, and they provided so much value above and beyond what I would consider typical for a roofer."
