"I needed a whole new roof so you can only imagine the stress. I contacted several companies and when i tell you the numbers were ridiculous it actually put me in panic mode but then I reached out to DeWitt and John was very persuasive and the numbers sounded unreal and then Mark took over and he signed the deal. Not only did these guys do great work but the customer service was even better not to mention i had a delayed payment Mark was very understanding. "I contracted this company in October for repairs at the home. The repairs were finally completed at the beginning of this year. I was advised by them to purchase the laundry tub abd sink for installation at Home Depot. Upon a home inspection with a potential buyer, we discovered that the laundry tub and faucet that they had installed had no water to it. When I called the company and spoke with them and the individual who did the installation, they advised me that the faucet was not the correct one for the existing plumbing, and it was my fault that it didn't work. I asked them why after the faucet and laundry tub sitting there for months, why did you install it when you knew it was wrong, and why did you never call me the owner to let me know there was a problem. Instead you just left it sitting there as a prop, took my money, and now it cost me $1500 concessions to a buyer due to this issue . The buyer's now question the integrity of the plumbing in the house. I was told that when they knew it wouldn't work that they had other priorities and other commitments to get to. So I paid you to do this work having the expectation that I would have running water in a faucet in a sink. If I didn't care whether or not the sink worked I would have never have paid you to have replaced it to begin with. Communication would have been helpful."
"Their web site claims they do repairs. The person I talked to said they didn't. He said "call handyman". I asked who that was, and he hung up. Dear Dewitt: Being rude to potential customers doesn't earn you business."
