"A couple years back, we had a roof leak and called DeShazo to come look at it. They determined it was the vent pipes allowing water in at the seams. They replaced them and I thought we were squared away. Then, in 2021, we had more leaks. I called them back out and they told me the vent pipes were leaking *again*. They told me the replacement collars THEY PUT ON had cracked bc they were plastic. Essentially they put in faulty product that failed and then charged me to replace it a second time using a different material. I told them I had paid them once for this exact fix and they didn’t seem to think it mattered. They charged me again anyway. We can’t trust that whatever fixes they do are quality, so we will never hire them again. Edited in response to the company’s response: I did call when it occurred, asked to speak to the manager/owner. They told me nothing could be done. I had to pay again. Why am I posting my review now? Because we are *still* working to repair the damage to our ceiling from the FAULTY product YOU installed. You are responsible for the products you install, period. Not only that, I’m supposed to believe metal vent collars weren’t available in 2019? 🤔"

"I was referred to Deshazo by a neighbor after our roof was damaged by hail. We had quotes from several different companies and I am so happy we went with these guys. They replaced the roof and gutters on our old home quickly, cleanly and right on budget. When we bought our new home, I called Matt again to get a roof inspection and his recommendations for repairs. Matt jumped on it and, once closed, had his guys out here to take care of everything.During a torrential downpour this past weekend one of the roofs was leaking - badly. I sent Matt an e-mail (late on a Friday night) and received a response that same night. He had his guys out here fast to figure out what the problem was. It wasn't anything Matt could have seen or anticipated but, his guys are here putting a roof on my house as we speak - no charge. When he told me that I was blown away. These guys, specifically, Matt, operate with a high degree of integrity. He wants happy customers. He cares about quality and his reputation. You can't find that easily these days but, you'll find it here. Also, for the record, of course I'm not going to let them replace my roof for free (tempting though it may be)."
