"I had rot damage on my roof around my dormers due to flashing that had rusted through. I searched for months for a roofer to complete the repair and had several estimates, but no one wanted to take on the job. I was referred to DBM roofing by a co-worker who was getting their roof replaced. I reached out to Chris Guthrie for an estimate, with little notice he worked it into his schedule to come out the next day. He provided an estimate within a week or two and started working on scheduling the repair. Due to the ongoing leak he helped to prioritize my repair and work it into their busy schedule. The actual roof repair was performed a few weeks later and they took extra measures with flashing and reinforcement to ensure a leak never forms again. The worker who performed the repair was extremely responsive and professional. They also took great care to clean up the work site every day to ensure no nails were left on the ground and left it cleaner than when they arrived. I highly recommend DBM Roofing for any job! Their estimate was reasonably priced, and Chris was professional and responsive. Also, their workers worked nonstop to get the job done."

A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
