"The representatives that came to give me a quote, $15,000. For 9 windows, said it would take eight weeks to have my windows installed. That was back in June now they are telling me that the windows have not been fabricated yet!?!! I called customer care, everyone has given me the runaround, they can’t keep their word and they’re not willing to do anything to make this one customer happy by giving me an expedited order and or a discount. I’ve tried to cancel it and now I’m in the waiting game. After calling a few other window companies, I realized that these people just don’t know what they’re doing. DaBella Windows are not customer service oriented, and don’t care what they told me, they got my order and just didn’t let me know that they were not going to deliver as I was told. There are many other options in San Diego!!"
