Reached out to Mike and he was able to come by same day and assess the roof. He explained the process to me whether we went through insurance or not. Being a shrewd customer I made sure to get an inspection and quote from a competitor who just had their roof replaced. I was very upfront with Curb Appeal that I was doing that to make sure I got the best deal and Mike and Rhett encouraged me to do so and never pressured me to sign with them right away to lock in their work on my roof. They took multiple phone calls from me as I grappled with the details of the process: how to talk to insurance, how to submit a claim, how to look for exterior and interior damage, etc. They were patient and helpful. In the end, we got our roof done in 1 day and it looks amazing! Multiple neighbors have commented to me how nice the shingle style/colors look and how quickly and professionally the job was done. The yard was picked up perfectly and they even told me that I might see a few nails come down the downspout after it rained. I did and was able to easily spot and dispose of them. Nothing but love for this company and you will do yourself a favor by contacting them first in your search for a new roof (or probably many other major home projects too)."
