  • "November 2017, we had a new roof put on by CSI. In March 2018, we noticed a leak in master bedroom. Called CSI back out and they couldn’t find leak. Said the mortar in fireplace was bad and nothing they could do. We had the mortar looked at and repaired in places needed. The leak continued every spring when we would get the heavy storms. After several roofers couldn’t find the source of the leak, in March of 2021 I finally had a roofer identify the leak. It was a combination of flashing not being replaced and a chunk of mortar behind flashing was missing. Roofer that repaired what CSI did not do also brought to our attention places on our roof where there is no felt paper between the plywood and shingles. I called CSI to discuss the poor work they had done to be met with extreme rudeness and unprofessional behavior from the owner. He accused the roofer that repaired the leak of removing the felt paper and told me replacing the flashing wasn’t covered under insurance, yet they had to remove the flashing to put on the new roof and had to see the missing mortar yet blatantly ignored and did not mention the mortar issue. I have multiple photos and a video of a different part of our roof with missing felt paper. We have no idea how poor a job was done as we didn’t take pictures during the process of the roof being replaced. We trusted CSI to do their job back in 2017. CSI does terrible work, does now care about their customers or making things right. I will tell anyone looking for a roofer to stay as far away from this company as possible."

  • "Keep in mind the installers are not CSI employees. They are independent sub-contractors. The job was done in the appropriate time but...my roof was old. The previous shingles had been nailed rather than stapled. After the tear off, the crew ran around pounding the old nails down flat. They missed several which left visible bumps. The sales rep assured me the bumps would lay down in warm weather. I knew, having roofed decades ago, that was b.s. but I knew I could fix it myself. What really got me was the crew misaligned 3 or 4 rows on the front of the house which is glaringly obvious. I mentioned all this to the sales rep and his solution was to offer a free upgrade in shingles...next time. The pros...finished on time and decent cleanup. They didn't drag the yard with a bar magnet to get loose nails. I did later and only got 20 or so. They were able to do the job within the amount my insurance offered so no out of pocket. The cons...mostly related to having uncaring subcontractors perform an average job at best. Would I recommend them? Sure. But tell your rep you want a varsity team to do the work."

  • "I had a great experience with CSI Renovations & Roofing. Gary was both reassuring and professional. He examined my roof, found the source of leak, and repaired my roof quickly. I will definitely use this service again, thanks to Gary!"

  • "Great service. Worked seamlessly with my insurance. My house isn't that big, so they were done in 1/2 a day. I would definitely recommend CSI."

  • "CSI did a great job repairing all of the storm damage to my home from a 2019 hail storm. They were prompt, performed their work in a timely and clean manner, and made what was extensive storm damage to my home an easy process to deal with. They have excellent credibility with insurance companies, which is important in getting your storm damage repaired. CSI got my insurer to pay, without a long drawn out process, all of the storm damage to my home, less of course my deductible. I would highly recommend CSI, and Mike Wall with CSI with whom I dealt with."

  • "I have replaced my whole roof of 53,000 s.f. warehouse modified roof to TPO roof. CSI crew were very responsive, they were professional, they know what they doing and they have finished their job before their schedule time. Their rate is also reasonable compare to other commercial roofers. I will personally recommend their services specially for commercial roofing."
