"Original claim filed with insurance and CPR restoration at the end of December. Still not done. We’ve been without carpet and missing drywall and ceiling paint since that time. James Ballard came out and gave an original estimate of around Valentines Day Mid-February. Well it’s been excuse after excuse and promises to call or perform work with nothing done. Avoid, avoid, avoid! *Update April 2023* 4 months after our claim was filed we still do not have carpet. Some areas in family room are not painted. Still the same number of excuses as before."

A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
