    "I just spent an hour or so with Josh from Corley Roofing this morning. He came by to give a free estimate on a roof "leak" problem we are having. He identified several areas where we could be having potential water problems that were not the roof. He gave me guidance and upon looking at both roofs told me they were both in good shape. He noted that our second roof would probably need to be replaced in another two years but stated that whoever had done the work initially had done a good job. He did say that the materials tend to wear out after about 12 years. He is very knowledgeable and thorough and I plan on calling them for all future roofing issues. Side note he identified where he believes water is coming into our kitchen from work done by another company and caulked around the area but told me it was temporary and the issue should be looked at by a plumber for the roof vent and then they could put a new vent top. He never tried to sell me anything, he was just intent on trying to find the problem. I need a Josh for all the problems in my house, he was awesome! Will Lehrfeld"

Mr. Corley’s son was suppose to call, of course he never called. I can’t speak to the quality of work because they didn’t make it to that point. I hired another company that actually wanted the business."
