There was nothing left on our outside wall but plywood and struts. We called Columbus Windows and Siding. The owner came out within the hour and evaluated the damage. He contacted our insurance company and provided them with the necessary documentation for the siding to be replaced on our entire home. Within twenty-four (24) hours, we had a signed contract. In addition, because of the damage to our home, he considered it an emergency and had a crew start work within a couple of days.
