We’re going into this process feeling like we have a ton of support and confidence. Truly, this company is a local good egg and we highly recommend! *** project finished We just finished our siding project in Gloucester, MA with Coastal and truly couldn’t recommend them more. The entire process was organized, timely, and well-communicated. They did a brilliant job with the siding (it looks stunning), and it’s clear that this is a company that cares about every single aspect of what they do – who they are working with, how they are working, customer satisfaction, and their reputation. They left the place/our yard clean and tidy. We really couldn’t be happier. If you’re reading a negative review, it might be a scam because, from our experience, every step of the way felt like it had a great deal of care and thought behind it. I also want to highlight some of the people who took care of us: Angelo (who worked with us to make sure we felt comfortable during the consultation – we really loved him!), David (who came out at the start of the project and explained everything so clearly – even making changes that we wanted with great diligence), and then finally Russ who was our go to person once the project started and finished (he is the BEST).     "I can only comment on the consultation. I found Coastal to have a quality product that beat their competitors prices. I will also add Rob and Jay were quite thorough in the scoping of our project. They combed every inch of the exterior and in a no pressure fashion showed me issues with the exterior of my house and how they would address it. Both were extremely patient with my wife and I as we had a ton of questions knowing almost nothing about siding. I feel we’re in good hands with Rob, Jay and the Coastal team.
