They patiently worked through the approval process and were able to get our our roofing and siding replaced completely. Once everything was approved it was a matter of a few short weeks before the project was scheduled and completed. "Jen Mink worked hard to get our roof damages covered by our insurance. The original insurance adjuster denied my claim, indicating there was no hail damage to the roof, only a slight damage to an area around the chimney. Since the cost to fix it was less than my deductible, there would be no coverage. Jen helped me to get a second review and it was approved. Unfortunately the time it took for this to happen, winter weather didn't allow for the job to be completed. Spring came and Classic Construction was swamped with many new jobs with their contracted customers, so it took longer to get to my job scheduled. It was completed and I'm very satisfied with the job. Thanks Jen, you're the best!"
