"It was time to replace the roof on our 2-story, 5000 sq.ft. house. From the moment we sent out requests for estimates to the final installation of chimney caps, CJM Roofing was outstanding to work with. Chris was our first contact and provided the estimate. They responded quickly with an estimate that wasn't the highest or the lowest, but it was comprehensive, easy to understand and highlighted any options we would have. We engage CJM even before the construction season started. They gave us a two week notice for their start date. The arrived early in the morning and had completely torn off the old roof and gutters, and installed the new roofing by 8pm that same day. They were here the next day to finish all of the gutter work. Jorge, the project manager, was out to the house several times for extended periods of time overseeing the quality and professionalism of the crew's work. Not only were they careful of the gardens surrounding the house and quick to clean everything up at the end of the day, but they also did the little things you hope most contractors would do but don't. For example, they installed slightly longer gutter elbows to better distribute the rain from upper roofs onto the lower roofs to spread out the shingle wear. In addition, they saw where one section of gutter splashed on to our cedar siding and added a splash guard to the gutter. Chris came out after everything was complete to inspect the work for himself. Having dealt with dozens of contractors and vendors over the years, I can safely say that CJM Roofing was one of the very few that met and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them for any roofing/gutter job."

A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
