"If there were 6 STAR I would use it! Professional all around. Shane meet and worked with my insurace adjuster several times. He was able to get everything coered by my insurance. He made this process plesurable. Management and Sales were on site to make sure job went smoothly. The installers were on time and completed the job in 1 day. It was a LONG day but it was a big crew. No mess when the job was completed. The accouting staff was just a professional. A GREAT compnay to work with. They have earned my business for many years to come. THANKS AGAIN"

"The older man driving in a white Cadillac truck today did not stop or have the right of way at an intersection in my neighborhood. He kept going after I was already pulled out and sped off. I had already come to a complete stop while he was zooming around. Sets up a poor look for this company. Update: Same guy sped passed a stopped school bus at the same intersection. Learn how to drive sir, you’re making this company look bad"

"I don't give out 5 stars, unless I receive a level of service higher than was expected. After moving in to our 1985 house in Roswell in late 2019, we used Christian Brothers for multiple 'small' issues. Each time they were timely, professional and extremely fair in regard the amount charged. Sometimes making repeat visits, free of charge, to resolve the initial issue. After a significant storm we asked them to inspect the roof and they believed there was enough damage to justify a replacement, covered by insurance. From that moment, over the next two weeks, they COMPLETELY handled my project, dealing with the insurance company, and of course installing my new roof. I'm picky, and can normally find fault, even if constructive, in most service companies. At this time, I have to say, I can't find one issue with the process of working with Christian Brothers, that could be improved. Of course, 'the proof of the pudding ....' will be when we get our next storm and seeing that there are no issues, but at the moment, everything looks great. I can't recommend Christian Brothers more highly."

"Christian Brothers replaced my roof recently and I have to give them the highest marks for quality and customer service. From the initial inspection, working with my insurance company, showing up on time, efficient installation and cleanup, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction, they did it all with honesty, integrity, and excellent communication. There was a problem with a roofing nail puncture in an HVAC line and they took care of the repair immediately. Thanks to Cory, Trevor, Chandler, Ashley for taking great care of your customers!"

"I would not recommend this company at all. My experience with them is that they are very unprofessional. Earlier this year they came by and did their free inspections.. and surprise! they told me that I had storm damage and that I had a 90%+ chance of getting my roof paid by insurance. So I said 'yes' and proceeded to file a claim... and that is where the unprofessional service started. My claim got rejected and when I asked why, the insurance co. said that there is no storm damage to justify replacement. I asked why this was so different from what Christian Bros. said this is what the insurance co. had to say among other things - " .. the first guy ("M..") canceled on us twice, the first time it was last minute and it cost us $150 ladder fee, and the second time, the other guy that showed up was completely unprepared and didn't know what the first guy saw or put in the claim..' The result is not surprising.. The insurance co. is looking to keep their money and I had such terrible representation by the contractor. So I don't have a new roof and all the while there are literally 8 or 9 neighboring houses that have gotten their roofs replaced. Avoid them at all cost.. Representation matters and I'm sure there are other roofing companies that are better advocates for their customers."

"We are extremely happy with our experience having Barry and the Christian Brothers team replace our roof. It starts with the estimates I got from all the big companies you see / hear on commercials and having the sales rep go above and beyond to understand my needs. We had some unique requests due to having new windows and siding installed around the roof replacement and every question or request was promptly addressed. There was a long delay with the delivery of the windows and Barry worked to ensure their work fit into my schedule. On the day of the work, both the sales rep and the quality lead were on site to ensure the crew understood the specifics of the work and to ensure the materials I requested got installed and completed. I am so impressed with the oversight of the job (was there the entire time!) and attention to detail that everyone had to make sure I had the best roof possible. He went out of his way to explain the work and progress throughout the day. I truly believe that this roof will last a very long time and not give me any problems. I strongly recommend that anyone in the market to have a new worry free roof installed contact Christian Brothers!"

"I am really impressed with Christian Brothers Roofing. Their install team was amazing. Shane, in sales, came out twice to ensure that my quote was accurate and to my satisfaction. I don't know if my driveway has ever been as clean as when the install was finished. Not a single nail left! I even ran my own magnet on the driveway and came up empty. My roof had two layers so they changed out the dumpster at Noon so it didn't overflow. I had estimates from four roofing companies and Christian Brothers was the most affordable. My husband and I feel that we received great value and service for a great price!"

"Well we weren't the ones getting a new roof, it was our neighbor. Some debris was deposited on our deck, it wasn't bad but it was something we were definitely going to need to sweep up. "Two years ago I had Christian Brothers Roofing & Contracting, LLC come inspect my 14 year old roof. Though old and close to the end of its life, the sales officer told me it had a few more years of life in it and that he did not recommend replacement at that time. His honesty is what inspired me to contact them again this year when I started to have issues with my fascia and found a few soft spots in the roof. The sales officer arrived on time, provided me with ample details about what he found and what my options were. He took lots of time over the next week to answer all my questions as I did more research and spoke with other roofing companies. Ultimately, his responsiveness and the excellent price that I was quoted, as well as high recommendation from a close friend for whom they had replaced his roof, convinced me to go with them as my contractor. I also needed some fascia replaced and new gutters installed, so they coordinated with a subcontractor to have that work done. A date was set for repair and installation. The date came and everything went like clockwork. Both Christian Brothers and the subcontractor Safe Gutters, LLC arrived when scheduled and completed the work in the time they had allotted. A 3 day job took 3 days. Communication was excellent both with the installers and the back office. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any roofing needs you may have."
