They came back numerous times and kept on making the issues worse. We were very disappointed since they used to be a very professional and reputable company. Beware before you hire!"

Chad was very kind and professional and was wonderful to work with. ( He was also very kind when we called to fix something.) Jeff did a good job installing the front door and glass door. Barry was kind and helpful when he came today to do one change. I would highly recommend this company!"

- "We are engaging Choice Home Remodeling to completely gut and rebuild our kitchen. We have been working with Alyssa during the design stage and found her to be both flexible and responsive. Choice has done a number of projects for us, including a bathroom, windows, and triple panel door to our deck. They communicate well and follow up to make sure that we get what we want. If you are within an hour or two of New Holland, PA, check these guys out!"

They were very professional, punctual and paid great attention to detail. The workmen were very pleasant to be around and always had time to listen and discuss any issues we had. - "We needed to replace a 33 yr. old skylight, and our builder recommended Velux as a quality skylight/window. The Velux website listed Choice Windows as a certified Velux installer, so we contacted them for an estimate. Their prices seemed fair, and although they seem to have a lot of business and were not the fastest at estimates and scheduling the installation, we were not in a hurry. The installation couldn't have gone smoother; our skylight was replaced with minimal mess and they were done within 2 hours."

- "We contacted Choice for an estimate on our windows. It took 2/3wks to hear from a Sales man, then another 3/4wks to receive the incomplete estimate. Once the estimate was finally received it was not inclusive of what was discussed and mentioned things like "we decided to eat the cost on some price increases from the supplier". The math was left for us to figure out how much the estimate totalled. Once we responded that the estimate didn't include what was discussed, we were told it would be readjusted. Again we waited and waited.... Finally decided there were to many red flags at that point to move forward with this company. Communication goes a long way. Truly a waste of time."
