"I contacted Kevin from Chief Cornerstone Contractors after receiving a referral from a neighbor who just had a new roof put on their home. From start to finish Kevin was professional, patient, and he was thorough in explaining the process of new roof construction. He answered his cell phone on a holiday weekend when he was with his family (which I felt bad about). But, I told him I was looking for a new roof and within days he was out to my house to inspect the roof and provide an estimate. His prices were far better than his competitors in the area - and I had called about 5-6 other roofers who also came highly recommended. Kevin provided a detailed estimate emailed to me within hours that was very thorough and explained every aspect of the job. Our roof was likely going to need new plywood. His estimate included a number of pieces, and then a price per piece of plywood beyond the included amount. When I was deciding to go with his company, I asked if he would match the cost of plywood with his competitors (because he was slightly higher than them), and he immediately agreed. We signed the estimate on a Friday, provided him a deposit, and we were put into his work schedule within a week. It was very fast and that gave my wife and I a lot of relief. Kevin and his team showed up around 10:30AM as he said he would. He had 10+ guys working on our roof all day. They were done by 5PM. Along the way he kept me updated on issues with the roof that he had already anticipated from when he first looked at it, and told me to expect. At the end of the day, his guys thoroughly cleaned up around the outside of our home, not leaving a single trace that there had been construction work that day. I handed him a final check and he was on his way. I highly recommend you work with Kevin and his team. His roofing estimate was far better than his competitors in the area and his team's work was nothing short of professional. Kevin also included in his estimate a list of people's names and contact information who he recently worked with to see if I was interested in calling people to get feedback on their experience with his company. I had not seen that with other roofers who I had contacted. Although I did not end up calling anybody, I was pleased that if I was on the fence, I could hear from other people who just had their roofs done with his company."
