I was doing a 45,000 mile service, changing all of the fluids, they did locate other problems and took care of them, by notifying me and then I approved the extra repairs. I am traveling to CA next week, I will feel safer traveling in my 2016 Colorado, knowing that the truck is in better condition."

  • "Drop off and hand over went smooth. Ryan was very attentive of my comments on miscellany things that need attention. The service status tracker was neat although it seems to have some sort of delay. The sign off sheet for the services had some confusing entries which required a discussion. Pick up was fast. Tyler did a great job... given a few details were missing in the final invoice, but he very quickly followed up with the tech team and appraised me of the information. I wanted to know."

  • "Very upset I purchased a vehicle from them they never disclosed that the vehicle had been in an accident. I had to research myself because it started giving me problems on week 2 of purchase and I noticed a few cosmetic problems. When you go in to purchase a vehicle you are trusting that they have Integrety are honest and upfront. I am now having to take time off from work to take it back in so they can fix it. One of the side lights is popping out when I drive it. The sales person said “well, just pop it back in”!. How unprofessional is that I am not purchasing a $10 vehicle. 12/07/20 Update the light was replaced, and apparently they fixed the exhaust that had a rattling noise. Weird 30 days in the shop just for that, the a day after I had picked it up the car from Chapman Repair Center the engine light turned on, the vehicle was shaking and it turned off on me a couple of times. I spoke to the sales manager and he told me there was nothing they could do. I had to speak to the General Manager Chase whom was very professional and was able to help me get the car back in the shop, The evaporative emission system was replaced according to them. Unfortunately as of today the vehicle still has a noise when I accelerate but I am tired of taking the vehicle to the shop and they can’t diagnosed the vehicle properly. Please be cautious if you decide to purchase a vehicle from this Location."

  • "Two times I’ve gone to Chapman Chevy for service and both times I wish I didn’t! 3 hours for a simple oil change that the service consultant said would only take an hour max. This time I was told it would be done by the end of the day and wouldn’t need to make an arrangement for a vehicle. Call and hear nothing from my consultant, by 6pm no one answered the phones. A simple call saying it wasn’t going to be done that day would of gone a long way but to leave with no update? I didn’t get my Truck back till 4:30pm the following day. I will never recommend any of the Chapman family of dealerships to anyone."
