"Our home required a complete overhaul due to the Feb '21 winter storm. Initially, the customer service was outstanding, with the company going above and beyond. The quality of our home has been exceptional, but once the extensive renovation of the house was done, it appears the company no longer cares about quality customer service. We are left in limbo on minor things that need to be completed while insurance checks clear the bank. The relationship started excellently, but as of today, my excitement has vanished because we cannot get the last few tasks completed or a response about missing items from items they stored for us. I wanted to use them for other small projects but now I can't wait for this to be over so we can cut ties."

A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
