  • "After almost a year of waiting for them to finish my job I still have no idea when I can expect a final install. I can’t get any answers from them and they tell me to contact the manufacturer myself if I want to know more. Terrible business ethics. You can only use the Covid supply issues for so long. Update: My installation is now complete and looks very nice. the owner reached out to me personally to apologize for the way I was treated. We had a lengthy discussion regarding the importance of good communication. He seemed legitimately concerned. I do understand that a lot of the issue with them was directly related to manufacturer supply problems. I did increase my rating to 2 stars given his effort to reach out and apologize. Once again I feel compelled to drop my rating. After talking to the owner and agreeing to leave an update I opened my mailbox to find they have placed a lien on my property for failure to pay the final 10% of the bill. We received the final invoice on 7/10/23 and received the notice today. Meaning they filed the lien before we even had 30 days to remit the final payment. All after keeping us waiting for almost 2 years on a final product. Can’t wait to try and get the $500 out of them that they promised if my power bill doesn’t go down because that definitely hasn’t happened. Steer clear of this place folks. Bad business model from top to bottom."

  • "From the sales rep that was very professional … no pressure at all and no negative remarks about the competition to the perfect installation by 2 brothers that were so neat and organized - we were extremely pleased. The windows look great and function great! They were not the least expensive and not the most expensive - we are glad with the choice made. They let you know up front there is a significant wait for the product…that is never hidden. They install the absolutely as soon as they arrive. You can not ask for more than that honestly up front. The Pensacola, Florida location serves coastal Alabama and was highly recommended to us and we highly recommend them to you."

  • "Last year we replaced all of the windows on the front of our house. While EcoView was not the cheapest they were reasonably priced and had great reviews on installation. A few months later we put in an order for the rest of the windows on the back of the house. After ten months our windows are finally in. We were sold on the weeping hole that allowed moisture to leak out of the window but as you can see from the photos, mold is on every window on the front of the house now. In retrospect not a great feature. Edit: the installers forgot to add the pegs for the Hurricane fabric. When they arrived to do so 3 months after the inspection EcoView told us 3 windows could not be fitted for the fabric. It has been almost a year since that conversation and the solution was to upgrade to hurricane impact windows at our own expense which we agreed to. We still have not received those windows. I would HIGHLY recommend choosing another company and always double check the inspection."
