This residential contractor is a GAF Factory-Certified Contractor. GAF trains and tests thousands of the best roofers in the country and makes sure they're appropriately licensed and insured so they can offer the best warranties.

"This company was used to install a commercial roof costing tens of thousands of dollars on a very large commercial plaza in Tampa. The roof came with a warranty. After a few years the roof developed leaks. After reaching the owner, Jeff, on his cell phone, and after convincing him that the leaks we were experiencing were not AC issues he responded personally. He went to the roof and quickly pointed out "failure spots" right. He applied a quick repair substance to the spots. Approximately one week later the leak returned and also a another leak appeared. Upon trying to contact Jeff again, repeatedly, per the same number, there was no response. 6 subsequent attempts to reach him went unanswered - phone calls and texts. A call to the "office" and a conversation with the owner's wife was accomplished where she promised to let Jeff know of our issue. Again we were "ghosted". A return call to the office was not answered, resulting in us leaving a voicemail. Again, no response. An email to the company went unanswered. As our roof continued to leak, we were forced to pay another company to repair the leaks."
