"We worked with Carolina Roofing and Vinyl Siding on replacing our roof and some of our siding following hail damage. Our project manager, Brayden, was a pleasure to work with and was professional, prompt and reliable. Brayden went the extra mile to make the entire process easy and hassle free from coordinating with our insurance company to ensuring the work was completed to our liking. He evpedited everything and quotes/estimated given were spot on. They met all timeframes, answered all questions truthfully, and completed a big job quickly and professionally. "Don't use this company. They replaced our roof. They did a free inspection and told us there was hail damage and helped us submit a claim to our insurance company. They did this with several of the houses in the area. Afterward, we noticed an increase in our insurance premiums because of all the claims in the area. A year or so after we noticed a leak inside and contacted them to check it. It took several calls before they came out. The flashings were never sealed. The guy said he sealed the flashings. I called several times to have them repaint the spot on the ceiling. They always told me they would get it scheduled but it never happened. We noticed another leak near our chimney a while later. Again, it took several calls to have it looks at. They said they came out and there was some debris near the chimney. Again, I called several times to have the two stains on the ceiling painted. I was told several times they would have someone out. I was even told to call their painter directly. I still have both stains on my ceiling which after this week are getting bigger. Bottom line: My roof didn't leak before their free inspection and expensive repair. It leaks now. They don't honor their warranty. Use someone else."

Even with delays because of our HOA and supply delays due to COVID, our project manager Braden made sure we were constantly updated and made the project easy and smooth. He was super helpful, very eager to answer our millions of questions and was always available to guide us through the whole process. The install team worked incredibly hard and had tremendous attention to detail. They did an excellent job. We are very happy we used Carolina Roofing & Vinyl Siding. "They were awesome in helping us navigate with the insurance company and followed up consistently to make sure we were making progress with our claim. We had to contact our insurance company multiple times and submit pictures more than once - Jenn & Jeremy made it easy to know what we should be receiving from the Insurance company and how to get it. "We had hail damage that resulted in us having to replace our roof in 2013. Insurance covered it and while Carolina Roofing and Vinyl Siding, LLC didn’t exist then, the company that did our roof then did a great job. Well, we had hail damage again in late 2020. Once we got looking for a roofing company we discovered that the same people that did our roof now work for Carolina Roofing and Vinyl Siding, sweet! They came by and inspected our roof and coordinated with the adjuster so we didn’t have to act as a go between. We got a good settlement from our insurance company but due to the usual misunderstandings of what our insurance really covered we were short by about 25%. Long story short Jeremy and Jen worked with us and the insurance and through their advice and my wife’s persistence we finally got fully reimbursed! In addition our home is surrounded by mature evergreens and other plants, miniature red oaks and Camillias that we didn’t want damaged, not to mention our Spa and pergolas that are right up near to the house. They took such good care, the little damage that did occur was not to the plants but the siding. And they repaired that immediately and it cannot be seen at all. Really friendly, supportive and a great roofing job to boot. Can’t beat that!"
