"I never dreamed of building a custom home but I stumbled upon the opportunity after coming to Delaware. The idea seemed amazing, but was full of unknowns. The process moved in an orderly and efficient manner and it was obvious building custom homes is what they were meant to be doing. A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
