I had experienced an ice darn after a winter storm and had interior leaking from my front window. Michael promptly came out and knew what needed to be done. I received an estimate which was in order and agreed to have them do the job. The repair guys were fantastic! They were knowledgeable, professional and explained everything they did . The job was perfect. I am very pleased! I hope I never have to call on them again BUT if there is a need, I am so blessed to know a reliable, excellent company that I would most certainly use again if need be. As well as recommend them!"

"Brown Roofing gave me a very reasonable estimate to replace the flashing on my chimney and the sales rep seemed very knowledgeable. After signing the paperwork, I did not receive any word from the company for about three weeks. They called to tell me I had been put on the scheduled but no one ever showed. A couple days later, someone from the company came out and spent about thirty minutes removing the existing tar before realizing they needed an additional person. I was told they would come back the next day to finish, but no one ever showed up. I called the company again, was put on the schedule, but again. No one showed up to do the work. This happened two more times. Meanwhile, more water is coming into my home because of the work they started doing but didn't finish than before. I was told they would come today to finish the work. Understandably, it was too icy to do the work this morning, but I was promised they would be back later today to finish. No one has showed up. With a major snow storm on the way this job will likely be pushed back even further while my home is subjected to worse water damage than before they ever came. Very unfortunate and frustrating. I would not recommend them."

"I contacted Brown Roofing for a quote on an issue with leaks around a chimney. Their sales rep Gene was very personable, friendly, and honest. Standing on the ground, he originally said it looked like my chimney needs to be repointed. However, once he got on the roof, he said I would just need flashing to be replaced. I was quoted about $1100.00 to replace the flashing and add an exhaust vent for a bathroom fan. I immediately booked the work to be done, which I had to wait about 2 weeks to be worked into their schedule. SO, today I contacted Brown Roofing to confirm they were still coming out. I was told the service team was in a meeting and I would be contacted later today for a follow up. Three hours later I had to call back and find out if they were still coming. That is when I was told during their service meeting that they determined that Gene's physical inspection and opinion were wrong. They then stated i would need the entire chimney to be replaced and they could recommend some masonry companies for the work to be done. I asked the girl on the phone if what she was telling me is that her sales rep's opinion was wrong and she said yes. This was very unprofessional. I felt Gene was a great sales rep and gained my trust but dealing with Brown Roofing has been a terrible experience. Thank you for booking the job and then making we wait two weeks to find out the work you quoted me is not going to fix my problem. You wasted my time. I requested time off from work so I could be home while the work was going to be done. I also didn't get additional quotes because I committed to your company. It is a poor business decision to review your appointments the day before they happen. Perhaps you should consider reviewing the inspection done by your sales rep prior to giving a quote and prior to booking the appointment so that you don't waste everyone's time. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It seems like because I didn't need an entire roof replacement that I'm not worth their time. I hope I can find a company that can do the work before major snow. Thank you so much."

"I signed the contract for some snow guards and leaf guards. I was scheduled for Wednesday November 4th at 10:30am. 11am rolled around and nobody showed up. So I called and the girl said she was just about to call me to reschedule because they ordered the wrong snow guards. Not professional to wait until the day of the appointment to be told this. This wasn’t very considerate of my time. Anyway, she said I have you set for Saturday the 7th at 1:30pm. Guess what? It is now 2:00pm and another no show. No phone call. Nothing. This is twice that my time has been wasted and I have sat around waiting for this company. I would strongly recommend against using this company for your needs because if they are this inconsiderate before they even get your money, just think about if you need them after they have taken your money. Good luck getting them to show up. Fortunately I am only out two wasted days because I didn’t have to put a down payment but it’s still wasted time spent sitting around. To the owner(s)-Learn how to schedule your customers and learn some manners regarding calling a customer if you can’t make the appointment (twice in my case). You’ve got quite a high head count of employees shown on your website, unfortunately that kind of head count allows for frequent passing the buck to the “other” guy as in “oh I thought the other guy was gonna take care of that customer”."
