    "We live in a villa/townhouse community. Along with our two adjacent neighbors, we needed some roof maintenance and repairs. The three of us decided to use Blair Construction and are very pleased with our decision. We found all of the employees to be professional, and the work was great and fairly priced. We spoke to Elizabeth, in the office, several times. She was always very pleasant, efficient, and very helpful. Then, Danny came out to give each of us free individual roof inspections and written estimates. After our decisions to proceed, Danny quickly got us scheduled before the weather turned bad. Keith, Angel, and Jack were the roofing team that performed our work. Keith, the lead tech, diligently took before and after pictures, and kept us well informed throughout the work progress.     "Blair has been my contractor of choice for over a year now. I am responsible for the facility repairs at Ellicott Dredge in Baltimore and Jim and his team not only won out over several other contractors they have proven time and again to be excellent to work with. They have done extensive roof and paint work for us as well as window and a lot of concrete work for us. I highly recommend them. They are very good at their job placing quality of work as a top priority and always standing behind their work. We are an active large production facility and Blair and his team works with us effectively and follows all our safety practices. They have always cleaned up and did the final little touch ups that make a job look very professional. Again I highly recommend Jim Blair!"
