"Bills Roofing did an excellent job on the roof replacement on my rental house. They was very responsive when I needed the roof patched after it got damaged due to a big tree limb falling on the roof. They are very professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. While they was doing my roof they had all the shingles tore off and found some bad spots on some of the decking on the roof. Bill sent me pictures of the bad spots and asked if I wanted the bad pieces replaced and of course I did. I just appreciated the fact that he sent the pictures of the bad spots to me to show me. They got the old roof torn off in one day, put the ice shield, felt paper on and was ready to put the new shingles on but Bill noticed that the company that sends him shingles sent the 15 year warranty shingles and I was wanting the 30 year warranty shingles. Bill contacted me to let me know what had happened and that they would be able to get the right ones the next day. They got the right ones the next day and finished the roof. In conclusion I just want to say how much I appreciate how honest, vigilant, knowledgeable, and professional Bills Roofing is. I would definitely do business with them again."
