This residential contractor is a GAF Factory-Certified Contractor. GAF trains and tests thousands of the best roofers in the country and makes sure they're appropriately licensed and insured so they can offer the best warranties.

"We listed our house for sale recently and agreed to pay a portion to go towards a new roof as our buyers had a VA loan and it was a requirement. The buyers went on their and had this company come out to our home for an estimate which was fine because we were getting our own but we weren’t made aware of when they were coming out and that they would need in our home. This company is ultimately who the buyers chose and the owners son who came to the house wanted me to give the roofing options packet to the buyers as they were the ones who were going to pick the roof, so here they already knew that we were the owners and not the people who called them. Next thing we knew, we were being told that roofing material was being delivered but that was it, nothing about a start date for the project which made since as it should be done after escrow closes. We were surprised when 4 days later we came home and found that our roof had been replaced and in a very sloppy manner! The front roofing looks very wavy, the vents were missing, pour satellite was hanging from our 2 story home by two small staples, there’s was roofing paper and shingles everywhere, squishing our plants and littering the property, hundreds of nails/staples everywhere. Our bathroom skylight was filled with trash and debris, the works left partially smoked cigarettes in our dry yard during the hottest week in history and then denied it until we said that we had proof on camera and he then retracted and said it was them. They came out to replace vents and then a second trip was made to clean up some of the mess and we still found large pieces of trash all over and the owner had the nerve to take the 4 packs of leftover material. Our buyers financing fell through and even though they are the ones who had a contract with this company and we have zero contracts with them, just an addendum to pay a sum towards it, which we were still willing to pay, they stuck us with the full amount and gave us one day to pay before threatening to put a lean on our home. If you are wise, you’ll stay away from this company! Who puts a roof on a house that they don’t know who owns and does a sloppy job on top of it! Completely disgusting!"
