"At first, BigHorn did great job replacing my roof. There was little minor things bothered me little. The sales person " Jacob" stopped contacting me after I made down payment for the contract. I was one who contacted to Brandie & requested for another sales person. She sent me "Jonathan " who is one of the owner & he took care of me and they gave me $200 discount from my final bill.well. He mentioned me that Jacob was too busy & he forgot to contact me. Okay, It's not his fault I guess. When worker came to my house, they did great job except one thing. I saw one of the guys went to behind of my garage & taking care of his business. It's nature call & you have to go if you need to go. When I called to schedule to work date,I talked to Brandie about bathroom use during their work if they need to use our bathroom in my house. She told me not to worry about it because none of the workers speak English & they are even afraid to talk to the homeowners. I talked to one of the your workers a few times & he was be able to communicate with me in English. They are all polite & hardworking people. But I didn't expect that he does it on outside. After the replacement, I found minor gap in front & I contacted again. She sent Beau who is one of the another owner came & took care of it on same day. Thank you for the quick response & my roof looks great. I just wonder how many owners this company has & now I have received this email from owner Mr. Rose. I'm very honored to taken care of by so many owners from your company."
