"Xavier has been very helpful and responsive throughout our install process. A home accident created a hole in our roof and a recent storm caused water to start seeping into our master bedroom. BBR was the ONLY company that was responsive and willing to help us immediately (this happened over the weekend). They came to our home and put a tarp on our roof until the storm passed, assessed the damage shortly thereafter, created two options to resolve the issue, helped us complete paperwork to satisfy our HOA, and then arrived when they promised to drop off supplies and to start the project. The day of the install, Xavier kept in touch throughout the day and even physically came to check on us and the work being done on our roof. I asked him for other none-related things and he responded every time. His approach is attentive but not pushy and I appreciate him and his crews for the work they did. Definitely a 10/10 and we would recommend them over any other roofing company."
