    "They’re not enough word we can say about Big Al’s Roofing except for truly Amazing !! From the permit , take off of the roof , scheduling the inspections and replacing all the tile , cleaning up and scheduling the final inspection from start to finish It was very very impressive and the workmanship was beyond word. Big Al is the most honest person and the man takes pride in his work and the level of professionalism is above a beyond and the man has a great personality like no other . I give him 10 stars ⭐️ for making this a great experience from start to finish. Please Note : All this work which was extensive was done in 5 days this including all the county inspections and final inspection. Truly amazing to the attention to detail and timing. We definitely recommend him so don’t waist your time looking this is definitely the place to go to do any roof work. So if your looking for great Pricing great Workmanship and quality work and Value this is definitely the way to go. Call and you will see for yourself !!     "I used Big Al's back in 2019 to replace my roof and fascia. They were great back then. Mario and the rest of the team had great communication, worked with me on timing for different phases, and were always on-time. It seems their level of professionalism and common courtesy has declined since then, which is unfortunate. I tried getting ahold of them early August 2022, and was able to get in touch with the owner directly (still had his number from before) as I never heard back from their offices when I left voicemails or requested a call back through their automated process. I stopped trying to get them to come out mid-September once they missed yet another appointment to come out and see the rotting wood. I sent my final contact to Al both via email and WhatsApp with no response (tomorrow will make 4 weeks since that last communication). Again, they were great in the beginning but a challenge to get them to come out for any repairs to the work performed years later. ** update as per owner's response ** You did NOT ever state that there was any faulty installation from before. Further, you DID come to my home and DID have an opportunity to take photos...and you did not. After months of me trying to get you out to my property you FINALLY responded when I write my review regarding your failure to follow-up with me and my claim under the warranty. Then when you DID come over (the same day the review went up) you immediately took the position that it wasn't your fault. I shall be filing a complaint with the Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Services as well as consult with an attorney to address your breach of the warranty based on completely inventented hyperbole by you in this matter."

    "Mario was our contact person. He was patient with us as we decided on shingle color and manufacturer. Brought us multiple samples. He was not only pleasant to work with but also professional. He responded quickly to our many questions. Inspections passed with no issues. The price for the roof was reasonable with high quality workmanship. I would highly recommend Big Al’s Roofing."
