"During the spring of 2022 a hail storm came through my neighborhood, Shortly there after representatives from Roofing companies were soliciting door to door for roof replacements. and A representative from Benchmark knocked on my door, I made the poor choice of choosing Benchmark Exteriors, I quickly realized the mistake I made when the first crew that was here did not have the proper equipment to do my style of roof, the workers grabbed my patio furniture and were standing on it to work on the house, they did not install the shingles according to Owens Corning's installation instructions for my style of roof, they damaged two windows and all the window wrap that was around all the windows, Also destroyed my gutters because they did not remove the screws that held them up, they chose to pry them off with large pitch fork type tool and let them fall to the ground, completely bending and destroying them. after pointing out the deficiencies of the installation, Matt the benchmark representative said they would replace the two damaged windows and re-do the sections of roof that were not installed properly, a year later they finally arrive to correct the problems, Once again the crew was not prepared to do the job properly, they arrived with out working air compressors, I provided 3 air compressors I own so the roofers could install the roof. I have called the Benchmark offices and requested to talk to someone in management and they are never available and have not returned any of my calls. if you are considering Benchmark Exteriors look at the pictures attached to this review so you know what to expect, I also have a leak where my water heater vent pipe goes through the roof they have not looked at either. Over all the work is extremely poor. Service: Roof installation"

When I had questions it was easy to reach someone who answered everything down to the last detail with no pressure. When it came time for installation, they arrived on time, maintained a clean jobsite, paid attention to detail, and reviewed the finished work. 10/10 will reccomend"
