"After initial contact with this company I had an appointment for an assessment by their employee. About four hours after the scheduled appointment they called to tell me reason their employee failed to show was because he wasn’t feeling well. But, they wanted bid on the job, so we made a new appointment for 9:30 AM today. Again their employee failed to show. When I called them they said the man who was supposed to look at job was at the doctors office, but would be out later. It now 5:00 PM and I have waited all day. No one called, and no one came to my house. They appear to be incompetent, inconsiderate and disrespectful. I would discourage anyone from doing business with this company. Ed Hubbard"

"Bel-Mac did some repair on our tile roof a little over a year ago. After recent heavy rains we realized there was a leak on the section they repaired. The technician examined the issue took ownership even though it was technically past one year since repairs. Admitted it wasn't to their standards and will fix this at no charge. They also offered to walk the roof and perform any minor caulking on areas that need it. Excellent family run company that truly guarantees their work. What more can you ask for?"

"Very thrilled with our new roof installed by BelMac Roofing! Louis Palanek was easy to work with and was very responsive. He gave us an estimate quickly and when we were ready to go forward, he scheduled the work right away. The crew were there when promised and they were excellent! I was surprised that even after they were finished, they cleaned out my full gutter! That’s first class service if you ask me. They cleaned up exceptionally well and left nothing behind. "This old house (over 100 years and counting) had significant issues both structurally and functionally. Bel Mac addressed the issues with professionalism and integrity. My asphalt shingles are gone, the new metal roof is waterproofed and newly flashed AND I have just gone through a significant rain event without any problems whatsoever. I give them all five stars."

My dealings with them, specifically Louis Palanek, who was my contact person, were top-notch from the initial contact and bidding process through the completion of the job. Louis kept me informed of the progress on an almost daily basis with pictures and commentary (we were out of town during most of the job). The job started and completed on time.
