    "Becker's is great company that delivers quality -- without forgetting about customer care. I had a leaky flat roof and nearly no knowledge about what needed to be done. Becker's built trust from the moment Mark arrived to assess the situation -- and that trust only grew stronger with the support of Bryan. He patched the leak to protect my home until his crew was able to install the new roof and, in the process, discovered a loose flashing on a second story window that I had never noticed. The company repaired the flashing without additional charge -- and when Bryan inspected the finished job, he found two other flashing issues that the company also addressed. I can't say enough about the care Bryan, especially, showed in addressing the problems with my home. The company also put my home on their schedule as quickly as possible, so the wait was short. And everyone with whom I spoke, whether at my home or in the company office, was highly professional and responsive -- and extremely kind. Thank you falls short! I highly recommend!!"
