  • "We paid Beaver Home Services for a roof replacement in February, 2022. The job was supposed to be completed within a month. Months passed and the work was not done. We have called and emailed the company constantly. Beaver Home Services continues to make false promises about the work being started immanently. It is now mid August 2022 and the job still has not been done. In the meantime, water continues to leak into the house and do ongoing damage. The City then issued fines for the roof being in disrepair. We continue calling Beaver Home Services multiple times a week, begging them to do the work they’ve been paid for. We are consistently lied to and told the manager is going to call us back and various other stories. Beaver Home Services has caused me and my family immense personal stress, ongoing damage to the property and fines from the City. All of this time they have continued to hold the money which was paid in full and not attempted to start the work."

  • "BE VERY CAUTIOUS. Because there are roofing companies defrauding insurance companies for new roofs. My roof is BRAND NEW, and un-obstructed. This guy pulled up in what looked like a brand new 2022 $$$ company truck, wrapped with BEAVER HOME SERVICES just showed up knocking on my door unsolicited for a "free roof inspection". He actually asked me if I would allow him to climb on my roof and “inspect it for storm damage”. Unhappy and floored to say the least because our own homeowners insurance just tripled our rate like others, (never filed a single claim with any insurance company ever). So this guy got an ear full. First of all, if you can't tell from standing on my property that my roof is brand new, you either are blind, or you shouldn’t be offering roof work. Second, this is the reason Homeowners Insurance Companies are leaving Florida & hiking up the rates on everyone. I am also letting everyone I know to beware. This roofing company based out of Orange Park is driving Ocala to solicit homes, even with CLEARLY NEW roofs, there's something wrong here."

  • "BE VERY CAUTIOUS. I am a Real Estate Agent. I know what professionals to trust. I also know first hand about the roofing companies defrauding insurance companies for new roofs. My roof is BRAND NEW, and un-obstructed. This guy in a 2022 $100k company truck, wrapped with BEAVER HOME SERVICES showed up knocking on my door unsolicited for a "free roof inspection". I was fuming. My homeowners insurance just this month raised us 3 times our typical rate when we have never filed a single claim with any insurance company ever. So I AM NOT THE ONE to sell a roofing scam to. First of all, if you can't tell from standing on my property that my roof is brand new, you either are blind, or aren't a good inspector or roofing company.
