    "Terribly unprofessional. Took weeks to get an appointment. They used their "systems" to triple confirm the appointment, including the day before, and then canceled day of. They actually called me to cancel inside the 4 hour appointment window while I was waiting, which I thought was ridiculous. They stated the person who can review my issue (which was review of a slate roof) was out today. The reason I originally went with them is because i thought they were a more established, larger organization with more experience. I was poorly mistaken. I can not speak to the actual work they do but dont let the superficial fool you - Bay Roofing is not a professional organization from my experience."
