"Barker's workmanship and customer service is horrible! We bought a new home and they installed the roof. Within 3 months there was a leak over the master bedroom. After 3 years we discovered a leak in the attic, which had clearly been there for awhile. As their warranty was only for ONE YEAR, they refused to fix the one in the attic. But they said would send a repair person out there and charge an upfront fee just to look at the leak and figure what is wrong. So they wanted to get paid to fix their problem. Horrible workmanship, horrible customer service. BUYER BEWARE!!!!"
"Poor quality work and worst service. They did my full roof twice first through our builder Drees and would not stand by their work when reached out for issues. Upgraded to weatherguard roof and that didn't hold up for even 5yrs with no hail. Stay away from them."
"This company was hired by Drees to install our tile roof... total nightmare. Large gaps in valleys, cracked tiles, half sawn tiles installed, white residue all over my dark brown tiles.... they refuse to address my concerns. Do not hire this company!!! Absolutely terrible quality. Then they ignore you. Next is filing a lawsuit for the upgrade cost Drees charged me. Smh"
