Hired them to do a new roof install on 3 separate roofs as well as custom soffit and fascia construction on an old house with open rafter tails. "I used Bachman's Roofing two years ago. I chose them because they promised me they will complete the job in one day and so they did. The only problem with them they charged me additional $1100 because several boards needed to be replaced. Even though the lumber was very expensive I calculated those boards cost them about $350 and labor $750 and it took them about 45 min to do it. After negotiation they came down $100. I just had another roof to complete and decided to hire somebody else. The new contractor replaced 30ft of fascia board installed new flashing and reinstalled gutter only for additional $150. I was very happy. I am not saying Bachman's roofing is bad but if you think your roof need board or plywood replacement be careful because they charge astronomical prices. Read the fine print in the contract. That's what they told me " Its in the contract""
