"From the first contact after our home sustained massive hail damage, Ray was responsive, easy to work with and patient as I made many decisions of style / color for items on the home that I've never had to do before. The roofing team arrived as scheduled at 7:30am and worked efficiently all day and completed the entire roof and clean up by 6:30pm. Wow! The crew was pleasant and cleaned up after and could not tell they had been there working. We are scheduled for the next phase, siding, gutters, etc. Looking forward to having the work completed soon. The office staff for scheduling and insurance work have been easy to work with and very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Avalon."

"This is a follow up to my previous quote for windows with Avalon. The 2 windows are now installed. They arrived in a shorter lead time than expected. April in the office was very helpful setting up an installation time that worked with my schedule. Mike and Julian arrived on time and fully prepared to get the job done correctly. They took time to dispose of all waste and leave the work areas clean. Mike answered my questions and I am fully assured of the quality of their work. April followed up 2 days later by phone as to my satisfaction. The same day Will Harris, the sales rep, also followed up by phone. I am quite pleased with the quality of the product and the Avalon team effort to make this a good experience. I highly recommend anyone consider Avalon when seeking to have work done in their home."
