So we DO! * We have a Free Online Re-Roof Estimator. Our proprietary software developed for your convenience. * We send our hand written Thank You Letters after every project big and small. Asking for your review of our services so that we may always continue in our pursuit of World Class Customer Service. * We donate 1% of gross income. This is usually free roofs to Community First! Village and local Austin homeowners in need. 7: Fully Insured. I bet you can guess that roofing insurance is expensive. Yes it is, but it protects some very important people! General Liability - $1M / $2M for you, the client, in case we, the roofing company, do a poor job and will not remedy the work. Auto Insurance - $1 Million blanket - Our trucks are heavy but our drivers are kind :) Workman's Compensation - This is for our employees and for our clients. It provides lifetime income if an employee is hurt on the job. It also protect you, the client, from property claims if the accident occurs on your property. 8: We will not try to "Get Your Roof Bought" by your insurance company. Only if we believe there is real storm damage, will we suggest you submit the claim. 9: We will respect our clients by being On Time to appointments. 10: We will respect our clients by staying On Budget. 11: We will respect our clients by always being Honest.

"These guys are GREAT!! In fact, they were one of the best companies that I have worked with in my entire experience of building a home. I had a new roof put on my house but the prior company I hired did not finish the job. Austin Roofing finished it by adding some critical custom flashing and counter flashing. It was a little tricky to deal with what the prior roofer had done inadequately, and they also added flashing to a specially designed rammed earth (concrete and dirt) wall/roof that hardly anyone has experience with. They were thoughtful, deliberate, understanding, careful, responsive and genuinely cared about doing the job very well. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable and highly skilled. Very professional. I’d definitely hire them again."

"I have to say that Austin Roofing and Construction sent out one of their best people, Nick Triana. He was prompt, very courteous, and professional. He quickly identified the issue and took appropriate measures to ensure a proper repair could be executed. I have to commend Alicia, dispatch coordinator, as well. Just as Nick she was very friendly and sympathetic to my cause as my roof was leaking profusely. She was able to convey the sense of urgency necessary for their personnel to respond very quickly with the correct materials to do the job. This is not the first time I have used ARC and definitely won’t be the last. I would recommend them every day of the week and twice on Sunday!"
