"I cannot say enough nice things about Austin Pro Siding! They did our windows, our siding, our brand new back porch and our gutters. We got quotes from several different people and we are so happy we chose them. Tracy came out with window choices, which none of the others did. They all want to sell you one particular brand or window. But Tracy gave us choices! We told him what our needs were and he was able to help us find a few products to choose from. When we mentioned that we were interested in doing the other work, he was able to accommodate that too. We wanted to redo the siding since our old vinyl siding was brittle and they did a great job replacing that with hardy board! He brought in a great concrete guy to evaluate and expand our slab. Then he give us some great options for the covered porch we wanted. We went with a maintenance-free cover that is amazing! He even brought in a good gutter guy to finish out the job. And all of this was managed by Kevin, who was accessible and super easy to deal with. Thanks to Austin Pro Siding, our house feels like a new house! Our AC barely runs and our house is always comfortable inside! We LOVE our new porch and we're looking forward to getting some patio furniture and a fireplace for fall evenings! "Brian Saunders from Austin Pro was a great help throughout the process of our roof replacement. He met with our insurance appraiser during the inspection and then someone from their office managed everything with the insurance company. I was grateful that I had to do very little with the insurance co. A large roofing crew came promptly and replaced the roof. Then cleaned up all the debris. Part of their service is to also power wash the driveway. I was very pleased with the entire process. It was easy for me and the roof looks great."
"I called Austin Pro Siding initially to get a bid for a skylight that was damaged by hail. They noticed that the hail also damaged the shingled roof. Their bid was reasonable to I authorized them to do the work. They were able to replace the roof two weeks later over a three-day period and did an excellent job.
