"The technician was prompt, courteous and presented us with an estimate of $1200+ to clear the line. I asked him what he was going to do and how long it would take and he told me he was going to run a drain auger through the pipe and it would take 1 hour. We had this done once before and it took about 45 minutes and the plumber charged us $200. After I caught my breath I told him this information and he told me the office was the source of the estimate and he would check again with them. They told him they could not adjust the price more than 5%, which is approximately $60. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY."
