  • "Here's a real review. He's a crook. Will use half the materials your insurance pays for, and takes the rest home come with him."

  • "Yea they got me a new roof and gutters thru my insurance. Job done novice rookies. So many flaws. First few rains and water got in. Yea they came and "repaired" but still leaking. My original gutters had gutter guards. I dont have gutter guards anymore. The gutters are smaller than the original. They overflow and water goes everywhere. In the front, the slope is so steep that they overflow. Back of house, zero slope that they fill and overflow. Promised me gutter guards and never heard from again. But did take the extra materials my insurance company paid for home with him. So disappointed in the crappiness of the job that I just can't hold it in anymore and just make the unaware aware before they decide to go with this company. The other 5 star reviewers are him and his friends. If you look at the reviews, they are almost copy and paste like. 1 is from the owner operator himself. Buyer beware. My insurance company tried to warn me not to use after a conversation with AHS, but left it up to me. AHS came recommended. I don't fault that person, I fault AHS."

  • "Was referred to use this company for roofing replacement. Representative came out to discuss and schedule free inspection for later date. Took down my information as well as insurance information as they offered to work directly with them. No one showed up on scheduled inspection date. No call from them to provide excuse and reschedule. Called my insurance provider and was told they were never contacted. AHS was doing other jobs near my neighborhood weeks/months after I initially contacted them. That's fine, I called someone else and had it done, no issues or hassles whatsoever. FIVE MONTHS later, AHS called asking if I was still interested in having my roof replaced. Although I had my roof replaced by someone else, I went ahead and said yes I was still interested and scheduled an inspection date. Again, no one showed up for scheduled inspection date. Again no call, no excuse, no reschedule. Two days later, I called to follow up on how the inspection went and to ask for pictures. They had the audacity to send me pictures that was obviously of another home, and when I pointed out that it wasn't mine, they said it was my neighbor's home which also was a lie. I have property cameras and footage history shows no one showing up to inspect roofs. Representative claimed that his phone ran out of battery which is why he didn't have pictures of mine. RIDICULOUS"
