"I made the mistake of not using ARS Roofing when I replaced my roof...fast forward 5 years...I had a roof leak that I noticed 30 minutes before I was set to leave for the airport for a 13 day trip. I called the emergency line, the owner called me back personally to assure me that they would be to my house that day. I left for the airport knowing the issue would be handled, and it was. They texted me photos while I was on my trip to assure me that patch was made and set up a time to come do the full repair. Lesson #1: Hire ARS in the first place to do the roof. Lesson #2: Emergency services/repairs top notch."
